Recognizing the growing demand for specialized recruitment services in the EV market, Miki established Power Recruit to connect industry leaders with exceptional talent.​
​Most recently, Miki was part of the award-winning Talent Acquisition team at Northvolt, which was recognized as the Best Talent Acquisition Team in the Nordics by LinkedIn Talent Solutions. She led recruitment efforts for R&D and Technical departments in battery development, contributing to the growth of one of Europe’s most ambitious EV initiatives.
